Would be nice if you could define a default app, like google.com, or something like that, in your stack. and so I can hit cmd+T / ctrl + t to get a new item in my stack with a blank google window...

It is now possible to open a new card from the QuickSwitch.
You can trigger a QuickSwitch using
Command + L
shortcut (or Ctrl + L
on Windows) and then just type the URL or search keyword and hit Enter.Ika

I find myself either having to scroll to the far left within a space or opening a new space to get to the blank "add application to your stack card" card.
A shortcut similar to how "cmd + t" opens a new tab in a browser will be helpful here. Maybe an extension to the quick switch functionality?

+1. I read the list of shortcuts several times so surprised this doesn't exist since it's the most common shortcut I use in regular browsers!
